Support: All members are invited to an online onboarding video call and a supportive and inspiring monthly online drop-in session with me and other women embarking on a fitness journey.

Program delivery: You'll have access to a training app that provides video demonstrations and written instructions for each exercise, ensuring you understand the proper form and targeted muscles. You’ll also have direct access to me for any questions through the app, with responses within 24 hours from Monday to Friday (NZT).​

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Plans are designed for those wanting to achieve specific goals, whether it is sports-specific performance, weight-class sports, or general health enhancement. Nutrition Coaching includes a personalised nutrition plan based on your current intake, a 20-minute consult, and coaching comprehensive nutrition guide tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're an athlete aiming to optimize performance or someone focused on overall health, we'll provide expert guidance every step of the way.
