Consultation - Online or in person

Consultations are for personalised strength and conditioning or nutrition coaching.  They can be Online or in person. 

 

 

During the consultation, we will discuss your specific coaching needs and goals. Our focus will be on identifying your strengths and areas of improvement, as well as developing a plan to help you reach your objectives.

 

Below are some key steps to follow before and during your coaching consultation:

 

  • Prepare a list of topics you want to discuss during the consultation, prioritized by importance.
  • Be open and honest about your strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and goals.
  • Listen actively to the coach's feedback and suggestions, taking notes as needed.
  • Ask questions to clarify any points you may not fully understand or to seek further guidance from your coach.
  • Keep an open mindset and be willing to embrace change. By following these steps, you can make the most out of your coaching consultation and achieve your desired outcomes.

 

Note: If you commit to a coaching program with me your consult fee will be deducted from your coaching cost.

 

  • Refund policy

    We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased.
