Home Workout program - Beginners

The home programs are for women who are just starting their fitness journey at home with little to no equipment. This program is an 8-week program that is based on body weight for the first 4 weeks, then progresses to bands and two dumbbells for the next 8 weeks.


 - $49 Per Month (can cancel at anytime)

  • What is included

    This program includes the following

    • Progressive overloaded program
      • 1st Block (4 weeks) (no equipment required)
      • 2nd Block and onwards  (Bands and 2 x dumbbells required)
    • 4 day program (optional fifth day)
    • Pelvic floor exercises included
    • Access to APP that has videos for exercises and instructions
    • Access to the coach for questions and accountability
    • Monthly online group meetings to ask any questions
  • What is next?

    You will receive an email in the next 24 hours with information on how to download the APP so you are ready for next week.  All programs start on Monday. 

  • Accountability

    You are required to contact me via the APP to check in with me at least every fortnight with an update on your progress.  This is up to you to ensure you are being accountable for your work.

  • Refund policy

    We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased.
