Strength Program - Gym or home gym
The Strength Foundation program is for women who have a basic understanding of exercise, you will need equipment or a gym membership. This program is based on compound movements that will help you get stronger with some additional cardio to help maintain your fitness.
- $49 for the 8 weeks
What is included
This program includes the following
- Progressive overloaded program
- Block 1 (4 - 5 weeks working on strength base)
- Block 2 and onwards (start building on the strength)
- 4 day program (optional fifth day)
- Will need access to barbell, plates, kettlebells, bands, cardio equipment, or outside running
- Pelvic floor exercises included
- Access to APP that has videos for exercises and instructions
- Access to the coach for questions and accountability
- Monthly online group meetings to ask any questions
- Progressive overloaded program
Refund policy
We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased.
