Program Structure: 2 Strength Training Days - Focus on compound movements - Progressive overload approach - Targeted muscle development 2 Cardio Days - Sprint Interval Training (SITs) - High-intensity cardiovascular conditioning - Enhanced metabolic benefits Progressive Design The program updates in 4 weeks, allowing you to: - Master current movement patterns - Build confidence with exercises - Develop strength systematically - Track progress effectively Support: All members are invited to online onboarding video call and a supportive and inspiring monthly online drop in session with myself and other women embarking on a fitness journey. Program delivery: The app provides video demonstrations and written instructions for each exercise, ensuring you understand the proper form and targeted muscles. You’ll have direct access to me for any questions through the app, with responses within 24 hours from Monday to Friday (NZT).
Cancellation Policy
To book you must give 72 hours' notice. You must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel and reschedule or full fees will be charged.
