Intro to weightlifting

The Foundation Weightlifting program is for women who have not previously been doing the Olympic lifts frequently in their training. This program is an 8-week program that is based on the snatch and clean and jerk movements. This includes Ab work, along with supplemental work. There is some additional conditioning peices after the workouts, they are about 5 minutes or less.  

  • What is included

    This program includes the following

    • 8 weeks progressive overloaded program
    • 4-day program
    • Will need access to barbell, plates, kettlebells, bands
    • Access to APP for 8 weeks that has videos for exercises and instructions
    • 8 weeks of Access to coach for questions and accountability
    • Group monthly online meetings to ask any questions
  • What is next?

    You will receive an email in the next 24 hours with information on how to download the APP, ready for you to start your program on Monday.  All programs start on Monday.

    We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased.
